Bringing Arrive Back to Europe

We’re bringing Arrive back to Europe. Servers are live in London, Frankfurt, Madrid, and Amsterdam. This is an alpha release; initial performance is a bit limited compared to what we already offer in North America.
These new servers are targeted for Valorant. They may also work for League of Legends, and you can experiment with them on other games Arrive supports.
Hang tight if the current server list isn’t effective in your area. We plan to keep expanding our Europe servers in the near future, and beyond. As always, you can drop us feedback on Discord.
How to try Arrive in Europe
- Install Arrive and pick your game. Valorant is the one these servers are built for.
- On the map, click the European city closest to the game server you play on: London, Frankfurt, Madrid or Amsterdam. Then pick one of its servers.
- Turn Arrive ON and launch your game.
- Compare a few matches with Arrive off and on. If your ping doesn't improve, try a neighbouring city, or switch Arrive off and check back as we add servers.
For the step-by-step setup in each game, see our guides for Valorant and League of Legends, or the full tour in How to use Arrive.
Which Europe server should I pick?
Start with the city nearest the game server you play on. Arrive's job is to get you to that game server on a better path, so the Arrive server closest to it is usually the best place to begin. If you're unsure, try two cities and keep the one with the lower, steadier ping.
What "alpha" means here
The four Europe servers are new, and our network there is still small. Results will vary more than in North America for now, and some areas will see little or no change yet. Arrive doesn't help every connection even where we're well established, so the honest test is your own before-and-after.
Still have questions?
